At MS Glamour Official, all sold products are non-refundable.
Replacement & Exchange Policy
- Replacement/Exchange requests must be raised within 24 hours of receiving the order.
- Replacement/Exchange delivery can be completed within 4–5 working days.
- Requests raised after 24 hours of delivery may not be accepted.

Please provide:
- Your Order ID
- Clear images of the damaged or incorrect product received
Once the request is approved, we will schedule a return pickup within 2–4 business days.
Products must be returned in:
- Original packaging
- With seals, labels, and barcodes intact
Replacement requests are subject to stock availability. If the same product is unavailable, we may offer store credit or an exchange option at our discretion.
Refund Policy
Please note that all sold items are non-refundable.
Refunds will only be considered in exceptional cases where:
A replacement cannot be fulfilled due to product unavailability after approval by our team.

If approved:
- Payments made via Credit Card, Debit Card, or Net Banking will be processed to the original payment method.
- For Cash on Delivery orders, refund (if approved) will be processed to the customer’s provided bank account.
