Return Policy

We offer all our customers an easy return policy. Returns can be initiated in case of wrong or damaged product(s) received. Wherein you can raise a return request of the product(s) within 24 hours of receiving the order.
Please get in touch with us at staff@msglamourofficial.com or call us at +91-9289642888 (10 am-6 pm, Mon-Fri) to raise the return request within 24 hours of receiving your order.Provide us with your order Id and email an image of the products you wish to return.
We will schedule a return pick-up within 2-4 business days. We would initiate the refund only if the products received by us are in their original packaging with their seals, labels, and barcodes intact. (Only in case of Damaged Products)
In case the request is for a replacement, it is subject to the availability of the stock. In case a replacement is not available, we will refund the full amount to you.

Refund Policy

In case of cancellations/ returns and replacements, we will initiate the refund only after the product(s) from the order have been received and verified at our warehouse.

For payment done through Credit/Debit cards or net banking, the refund will be processed to the same account from which the payment was made within 48 business hours of us receiving the product(s) back. It may take an additional 2-3 business days for the amount to reflect on your account.

For cash on delivery payments, the refund will be issued within 48 business hours of us receiving the products and your bank details on email. It will take an additional 2-3 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.

Due to ongoing COVID Situations, we respect everyone’s Health & Safety, by that overview, we are not accepting any Returns until the Next Update.
